The background to my founding this company stems from the reality I witnessed through volunteer refugee support work. Amid the economic crisis caused by the Syrian civil war, many people with high IT skills were unable to find work opportunities and were receiving unfairly low wages.

However, their skills are world-class.

Properly evaluating this talent and creating an environment where they can work with pride. And creating a system where they can contribute to society while helping the next generation of colleagues. With these thoughts in mind, I established BonZuttner in 2019.

"Refugee" is just a label. To me, they are friends, neighbors, and colleagues who create the future together. Regardless of cultural or national differences, I want to create a place where we can respect each other and grow together.

BonZuttner is a company that focuses on system development while tackling social issues. We will continue to create new services for the future and aim to be a bridge to solving social challenges including refugee issues.
