HANDS-ON DX & AI

Work alongside.Get our hands dirty.

Building a system is not the goal. We learn the reality of management and frontline work, then stay close until the business and the work itself become stronger and easier to move forward.

REALITY FIRST.

Do not start with AI.
Do not start with a system.
Start with what is happening now.

You cannot see operational waste from a meeting room alone.

Those who lead.
Those who manage.
Those who do the work.

We listen to each, watch the work itself, and decide what should change.

Use AI when it helps.
Build a system when it helps.
Connect IoT when it helps.

But we do not build when it is not needed.

OUR PRINCIPLES

Three principles for
changing reality.

  1. 01

    Remove before you build.

    Do not digitize unnecessary work.

Does this input need to exist? Why is this approval here? Why is the same information entered repeatedly?

We first organize the work itself. Remove what can disappear, change what can change, then implement AI or systems only where needed.

  2. 02

    See numbers and strain.

Operational KPIs alone do not change the frontline.

We look beyond time, profit and cost to daily friction: searching, waiting, asking, transcribing and redoing.

Less overtime. Fewer questions. Less concentration on veteran staff. Better business numbers.

    Do not reduce people.
    Reduce friction in work.
  3. 03

    Look beyond the screen.

The frontline is not only inside a browser.

Factories. Vehicles. Warehouses. Fields. Paper. Excel. LINE.

That is why we do not think in web or generative AI alone. We combine AI, business systems, IoT and location intelligence for the reality of the work.

WHAT WE CAN HELP WITH

Choose the means
for the problem.

Sometimes changing a workflow or rule is enough. When technology is needed, we introduce it in a form the frontline can actually use.

INPUT & RE-ENTRY

Entering the same information again and again.

Review whether each input and approval is needed, then reduce remaining re-entry with existing tools and automation.

  • Process design
  • Tool integration
  • Automation

SEARCH & QUESTIONS

Asking someone whenever you need a document.

Organize where information lives and how it is shared, then use AI document search where it helps.

  • Knowledge organization
  • Search
  • AI

RECORDS & REPORTS

Management cannot see what is happening on site.

Review recording and reporting, using sensors or location data when needed to share information for decisions.

  • Operational improvement
  • Data integration
  • IoT

ABOUT FDE

Sometimes it is called
an FDE approach.

Forward Deployed Engineer.

It means entering a customer’s operation, understanding the challenge, implementing and staying involved until it is actually used. It is close to work we have long done.

But BonZuttner does not value an engineer visiting a site for its own sake.

Those who lead. Those who use. Those who build.
We help all three see the same problem. That is our accompaniment.

HOW WE WORK

Four moments
we move through together.

Not just in a meeting room. We work until daily work changes, choosing the means only after seeing the reality.

  1. 01

    Listen

Hear the business aim and the voice of the frontline.
  2. 02

    Observe

See the flow of work, information and friction together.
  3. 03

    Untangle

Organize the challenge and decide what changes first.
  4. 04

    Move

Combine AI, existing tools and operations until it sticks.

A GOOD PARTNERSHIP ENDS WELL

So that one day,
it runs without us.

We do not think accompaniment means creating a state where improvement is impossible without us.

Workflows.
Decision rules.
Prompts.
Manuals.
Source code.
Improvement history.

We leave what we build together as assets the customer can operate.

Everyday improvement stays inside. For the difficult parts, we work together again.

START WITH A CONVERSATION

Tell us about
the work on the ground.

“It is vaguely inconvenient, but we have always done it this way.”

That kind of work contains the seed of improvement. Whether to use AI comes later.
