This company has a worldview that even refugees can enjoy living in.

What images come to mind when you hear the word 'refugee'?

Many Japanese people probably think of negative words such as 'miserable', 'pitiful', and 'difficult'.

However, we at BonZuttner think positively,

and they are 'individual human beings' who, like us, each have different names, personalities, hobbies, and special skills.

People cannot choose the country they are born in or the environment they grow up in.

They are human beings who must live just like us, only differing in the country they were born in and the environment they grew up in.

We at BonZuttner shake off those preconceptions and are a

'social business' company where even refugees can live and work happily.

Our business model does not engage in businesses where profitability and sociality conflict,

but is a business model that prioritizes solving social problems.

'Creating new value from the energetic spirit that can run around the world'

From the thoughts hidden in our logo, we will continue to deliver a worldview where even refugees can live happily

from this BonZuttner to everyone.

COMPANY ORIGIN

'Bon' (French for good, excellent, well-made)

'Zutt' (Japanese for always, continuously)

'Er' (English for person who does something)

A person who continues to strive to be good,

and acts accordingly

The company name is derived from 'Bertha von Suttner'. She was the first woman to receive the Nobel Peace Prize, and as a symbol of the concept of 'peace', we pay our respects to her and borrowed her name to name our company 'BonZuttner'.

Even in the real world where there are various conflicts and obstacles, we as a social business company value 'peace of mind', and refugees and displaced persons should not lose their professional skills and earning power as human beings, nor should their identity and core of life be destroyed.

We maintain a positive attitude, firmly nurture our moral and ethical values, always maintain the attitude of trying to become good people, and aim to solve 'social problems'.

COMPANY

CONCEPT

Breaking down refugee barriers through universal language

Human resources that Japan can be proud of to the world.

We at BonZuttner aim to discover and solve our customers' business issues through the power of WEB/IT, while also contributing to solving refugee problems.

Technologies such as WEB/IT including programming and blockchain are universal languages,

and we want our customers to feel firsthand that our engineers with refugee backgrounds also possess world-class technology.

Since our colleagues want to contribute to Syrian reconstruction through business,

we are a company specializing in Middle Eastern IT engineers, led by Syrians, and we sincerely work with our customers to bring about a better future for them.

Since we actually participate in meetings and discussions with Japanese clients and perform a wide range of tasks from upstream to downstream processes, we would like you to experience not only WEB/IT technology but also refugee experiences and empowerment, and communicate with us as 'individual human beings'.

PURPOSE STATEMENT

Three 'Re.'

Refugee

Restart

Recreate

Rebuild

Rebuild: Reconstructing new life, environment, and connections

Recreate: Creating a new future

Restart: After Rebuild and Recreate, towards a new start.

To remove the label of 'refugee' and become a company where everyone can recognize each other, in order to bring out the diversity of society.

We are not refugees, but Returnees, Rebuilders, Recreators and Restarters.

In Japanese translation, this is expressed as 'those who travel' aiming for 'reconstruction', 'recreation', and 'restart'.

There are constant changes in the world, and it's not just our society that undergoes metabolism.

The same is true for refugees.

We at BonZuttner keep this feeling in our hearts,

and sincerely face our customers.

THE FUTURE

To be able to hold hands, look forward, and gaze into the light.

syria

What we at BonZuttner aim for is to become 'beings who can hold hands, look forward, and gaze into the light'.

Whether refugees or Japanese, as human beings, we are a company that aims to create a society where people can equally enjoy minimum rights and life, and to save those who are in the midst of suffering. We continue to grow constantly, have a sense of ownership and professionalism, and aim to be a company that can be happy with everyone by staying close to all people involved, including staff, customers, and those who watch us.
